Our goal is client satisfaction. The most important quality that
we can instill on our staff is the ability to meet and exceed the
needs and expectations of our clients. Each customer counts and
the needs of the customer come before our own. We pride ourselves
in the knowledge that our clients continue to ask us to expand our
scope of service and renew existing contracts. Currently 93% of
our business is provided by repeat customers.

In order to maintain the strength of our team members and increase
the level of client satisfaction, our staff takes part in monthly
training programs. Compliance NT holds in house training sessions
to teach staff members the latest compliance theories, new approaches
to validation, and bring our group up to date on the latest FDA
guidelines to the inspection of various pharmaceutical and diagnostic
equipment and systems. Staff members attend training provided and/or
supported by such organizations as PDA, ISO and the FDA.
